These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DOLM and related services provided by PCP ("PCP", "we", "our", or "us").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Description of Services

PCP develops and provides artificial intelligence technologies, including DOLM, a Large Language Model designed to assist with automation, DevOps workflows, infrastructure management, and related engineering tasks.

The Services may include:

  • Large language model interactions

  • Infrastructure and DevOps assistance

  • APIs and integrations

  • Related software, tools, and services

The Services may evolve over time, and PCP may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify PCP immediately of any unauthorized access to your account or any security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful and authorized purposes.

You must not:

  • Use the Services to violate any law or regulation

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, extract, or replicate model data

  • Use the Services to create harmful, illegal, fraudulent, or abusive content

  • Interfere with the operation, availability, or security of the platform

  • Use automated tools to access the system without authorization

  • Conduct vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, or security assessments without prior written permission

  • Use the Services to develop competing AI systems without authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these rules.

User Content and Inputs

When using the Services, you may provide prompts, data, code, or other content (“Input”).

You retain ownership of your Input.

By using the Services, you grant PCP a limited right to process your Input solely for the purposes of:

  • Providing the Services

  • Maintaining security and reliability

  • Monitoring system performance

  • Complying with legal obligations

Unless explicitly disclosed otherwise, PCP does not use customer Inputs to train foundation models.

We do not claim ownership of your content.

You are responsible for ensuring that your Input does not violate any law, contract, or third-party rights.

AI-Generated Outputs

Outputs generated by DOLM are produced automatically by artificial intelligence.

You understand that:

  • AI outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or misleading

  • AI responses should be reviewed before use in production systems

  • PCP does not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a specific purpose

  • The Services are intended to assist users, not replace professional judgment

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you retain any rights you may have in Outputs generated for you through the Services.

Enterprise and Automation Systems

DOLM and related intelligent systems are designed to support automation and engineering workflows.

Users are responsible for:

  • Validating generated configurations

  • Testing deployments before production use

  • Ensuring the security of their infrastructure

  • Complying with internal policies and applicable regulations

PCP is not responsible for damages caused by misuse of automation or AI-generated instructions.

Availability of Service

We aim to provide reliable access to the Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Services may be unavailable due to:

  • Maintenance

  • Updates

  • Security incidents

  • Infrastructure failures

  • Third-party service interruptions

We may modify or discontinue the Services at any time.

Usage Limits

PCP may establish and enforce rate limits, usage quotas, or technical restrictions to maintain platform stability, performance, and security.

Exceeding such limits may result in temporary restriction or suspension of access.

Third-Party Services

Certain features of the Services may rely on third-party providers, cloud infrastructure, open-source software, or external integrations.

PCP is not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.

Intellectual Property

All software, models, systems, and technology related to the Services remain the property of PCP.

You may not:

  • Copy, redistribute, or resell the Services

  • Reverse engineer the model or underlying systems

  • Use the Services to train other models without authorization

  • Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices

Use of the Services does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PCP is not liable for:

  • Loss of data

  • Service interruptions

  • Incorrect AI outputs

  • Infrastructure failures

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities

  • Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages

Use of the Services is at your own risk.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PCP, its employees, affiliates, and partners from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your Input, or your violation of these Terms.

Force Majeure

PCP shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, labor disputes, cyberattacks, or failures of third-party providers.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You misuse the Services

  • Required by law

  • Necessary to protect the platform, users, or infrastructure

You may stop using the Services at any time.

Upon termination, provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution shall survive.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Toulouse, France.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When changes occur, the updated version will be published on this page together with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
